First I've heard of it but by chance did these people that told you this also tell you of a haunted house with 13 floors where you get your money back if you make it to the end? That could either lend or strip credibility to that rumor.

I am an actor there. Heres what I know.
Somehow this rumor has been spread amoungst the actors as well.

Here's the truth. Terror in the Corn WILL be there next year. The only reason for it to not be there is if the owners (there are two, not just Anderson) and the manager of Terror in the Corn don't want to do it. Which would be very surprising because not only the Creator (also the manager) of Terror in the Corn, but Anderson himself love it. Anderson is always coming through, giving us actors feedback. He really likes to be a part of the whole experiance.

The farm itself and Terror in the Corn are two seperate thing. They don't share the same budget, they don't share the same payroll, they only share the same land.

If the farm shuts down Terror in the Corn would still be there!

Anderson loves doing the whole October Festival. He has a lot of fun in it. I think that somehow this rumor got started because Anderson sold some of his other (not related) Cattle land. He did not sell Anderson Farms.

So don't fret! We will be there, and here to scare you still.
