I went to this one on the 28th. Now I understand that the weekend before Halloween is very busy but they were pushing groups through about 30 seconds or less apart. Our group caught up with the group in front of us very quickly and when we tried to slow down the group in back of us caught up. I was only startled once in the haunt from a loud popping noise. I was worried about the chainsaw guy almost the entire way through because I couldn't tell where he was but then when we got to him he was scaring the group in front of us and basically skipped our group to scare the one behind us. I still like this haunt but being scared once wasn't worth the $20 I payed for a VIP.

I'm sure that was the experience received by most haunted house goers over this last weekend.

I've gotta agree with Tye on this one, I was actually talking about it yesterday with a buddy of mine. I'm a huge advocate of providing the same quality show night after night after night. But... When the bulk of our population gets the notion to do the same thing on the same night then that makes this virtually impossible.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience but in my opinion doing things at the last minute strips you of any right you have to complain. Going to a haunted house this past weekend and complaining about the line is a lot like waiting until Dec. 24 and complaining that there is nothing left. There were 26 days to go before this weekend.

I understand that alot of people went at one time but it was still planned poorly. I felt like they just tried to shove us through. Like I said in my thought about the Haunted Forest, it was alot nicer that they made groups wait longer. It makes a longer line but you will have alot of more customers that are pleased.
