I hope the off-season has treated all of you well.

I, for one, am super-happy the season is again upon us. It is definately my favorite time of year and I am looking forward to seeing more haunts this year than last (providing the finances hold out).

what do you all will think will be the best haunts for this upcoming season? Last year i went to the Asylum(which was supposed to be the best) and i wasnt impressed. So I was just wondering what the "in" haunts will be this season.

I am hoping they will all be good, but i agree with "hauntfreak156" i wast to impressed with the Asylum

Just a little critic gossip...we&#39;re gonna try and let ya&#39;ll know along with the reviews what nights we visited the haunts (AFTERWARDS) so you can compare our Tuesday experience to your Friday experience or whatever.

I think its hard to compare opening night to later in the season or even a weeknight to a weekend. We all know everyone has different tastes and might rate things differently, but there is just no way to get all the reviews in early without it falling out this way.

Also, check out the bios, they&#39;ll be up once houses are open, for an idea of what makes each critic different. Some of us love the dark, others love clowns, and meanwhile some hate both clowns and the dark. So see who you identify with.

Either way we&#39;ll be here sharing our opinions, but definitely can&#39;t wait to see all yours. Get on those reader review pages too, this is a community!

Wow! I am so excite for this season! I really hope I can visit a couple more haunts than I did last year (I ran/run the Boulder High Haunt, so it can make getting out there a wee bit hard.) Also, I&#39;m new to these forums but I was wondering where the appropriate place would be to post a haunt related activity? We are planning a "Zombie Walk" here in Boulder as a bit of a publicity stunt, and I&#39;m sure that there would be at least a few people on here that would be interested.
