OK, I so can't wait for this year.
But I'm getting a little worried. Could someone tell me if the 13th Door is back. I live nearby but when I drove through the parking lot, nothing was set up as in years past.
Please Help. I love that place, and can't wait. Also if anyone works there let me know who you are. http://www.octoberlounge.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif
And oh ya, does anyone know if the chainsaw guy will be back? I'm still in love with him

13th Door & Curse of Slaughterhouse Gulch are at I-225 and Parker Road next to King Soopers this year. It's where Parker Road, Peoria Street and I-225 all come together. As for the chainsaw guy, I have no idea what his status is for this year.

I'm not especially a fan of the Starland haunted houses but I'd say that 13th door was easily their second best in the past and now that 25th hour is gone logic follows that it will be their best one this year, particularly if they've dispersed the 25th hour supplies through their other 4 haunted houses. The bad part about them is that it's out of the way, really not close to any other attractions and they tend to be between 15-25% more expensive than any other attractions in the metro area.

Me, not a fan of the 13th door... I've had some bad experiences there. Like careless chainsaw guys who accidentally hit people in the foreheads with the chainsaw and cut em open. And bottle necking, being stuck in a room where the actor totally breaks character and starts to eat and drink while we're still in the room. Also actor's saying inappropriate things to patrons. Back in 2004, I enjoyed the props a lot, though. And when you got to the 13th door you had to figure out how to open it and crawl through, that was pretty cool.

And last year Pyramid Head all the way!
