I went to the CURSE OF THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE GULCH on Saturday (9/29) and it was amazing! The actors were really into it and the props were fantastic. There was so much detail and uniqueness in this haunt which made it different than others. There was no dead spots and even if there weren't any actors there still wasn't a dull moment because the props were so intriguing!! This is a great one to go to! Make sure you go and check it out! http://www.octoberlounge.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif (Next weekend I'm going to check out the 13th door and I'll get back to you on that one!)

No I counted 101 chainsaws.
I went there on Friday night and it was good. I liked it.
I'm a trauma nurse the blood guts and gore does nothing for me. I see enough of the real stuff everyday.
Most of the actors were really good, we never caught up to anyone.

hehehehhee. There were definitely not 101 chainsaws... not even 100. I would bet there weren't even 10. I don't really remember seeing any more than the usual 1 or 2.
Speaking of Chainsaws in the wrong thread, Screampark made nice use of them this year. At least standing around watching girls in the parking lot screaming their heads off because of them was nice. teee heee heee hee.

I LOVE CELLPHONES IN HAUNTED HOUSES! It is almost as good as people in a public restroom talking on one. Man, there really is appropriate ways to use technology.
For instance,
The chainsaw.
A great cutting device for trees and other such items in need of cutting. They are frequently used in haunted houses as a scare device for their loud sound and ability to penetrate the human epidermis extremely well. Not to be used in Mafia movies and to prepare the human body for meat department cuts. Chain sold separately.
Now would you take a chainsaw into a public restroom and have a conversation with it? Would you fire that bad boy up right there in the handicap stall while taking your porcelain cruise? I rest my case. Time to tell people you are talking with on the cellphone you will have to call them back after you get put on the ground by a good scare! Glad to hear the Slaughterhouse Gulch is a great haunt! Congrats to you all! I am glad to see a haunt around still that uses our friends in the Horror movie business. I still remember the Jaycees haunted houses I worked in as a kid with my father with a Freddy Scene where he would chase you and you had to pick the right door to get away from him.

chainsaws in the bathroom, THAT is really a scary thought!!! The little girls phone fell out of her pocket and the chainsaw guy picked it up but she wouldnt go take it from him....so he put it down and backed off a few steps....waited for her to come get it and then chased her some more.....hahahahaha.......
