I was a guest of Murray's tonight, and let me start ff by saying, thanks and awesome job. The first thing you see is the new entrance which is through a school bus (hence the name School of Screams) Then you see the only "redneck" used this season. He was awesome, great improv skills, very entertaining. The whole set is new and changed and takes you through differant rooms of a school and campus grounds. I am not one that is in to alot of kid actors, but this worked well for this vision. As one who has worked behind the scenes, I enjoy more seeing the props, and here there was alot to see. The darkened hall maze was my favorite, and will get you lost and turned around. Thank god I went through with someone that knew the builder, to help or you would still find me in there. Alot of twists and turns that keep you guessig on where to go next or where it will go to find it changes to a differant direction. The wobbly floor was great and differant, but the only thing there was I wish that maybe it had some kind of glow in the dark markings, so one would know that the steps were changing and not be a fall hazard. Seeing me fall is not a pretty sight. I went last year to this haunt, and see for sure the changes. I definately recommend going to this haunt if you prefer to be in the country, smelling corn husks, walking through dirt compared to walking on ashpalt or pavement. Lot more realistic feel to the vision always help the execution of the vision.
