Hey! I just wanted to let everyone know that the Asylum does own Haunteddenver.com and i think that that might be the reason they came in first. I'm not saying its a terrible haunt but i am saying its about time the reviews were not purchased.

That is not a secret that the owner of The Asylum purchased Haunted Denver rights THIS YEAR. All the haunt owners are aware of that fact as it was addressed with them when it happened. Reviews for this season are not out yet, so how can you say that Asylum is number one this season? Also, when Asylum was rated number one last year by our team, The Asylum did not own Haunted Denver, nor was he affiliated with it. To suggest that the reviews from last year were purchased is not only ridiculous, but slanderous as that is absolutely not true. The reviews are not, and never have been purchased, period. I suggest you have your facts correct before you begin making incorrect statements.
Furthermore, Haunted Denver critics are an unbiased group, and we call it like we see it. If a haunt is great, we'll say so. If a haunt stinks, we'll say so. We are not going to give biased, one sided reviews based on who owns Haunted Denver. That is not what the critics team is about. We are here to give fair, unbiased reviews, period. What would be the point of the critics team spending the time and effort that we do to go out and review haunts if we were just going to give top rating to the person that owns Haunted Denver? No point at all.
Again, please check your facts before you start spreading rumors, and spouting off things that simply are not true.

Well it certainly stirs the pot when someone comes on here stating something that they call the "truth" when indeed it is not. It is unethical to say the least, and very unfair to those involved. Interesting how someone can state that one site, such as HD is biased, and then turn around in the same breath and spout off biased inaccurate statements such as yours.

And, after visiting the web site you posted and raved about, I must say I was disappointed with it. only select haunts were reviewed...not so great in my opinion. And there is no breakdown of what made the haunt good or bad. Not impressed.

I think as a society we get fed enough garbage on a daily basis to rival the largest landfills. That&#39;s why I get so riled up when I see something here that I know for a fact is trash, and reputations are being damaged because of rumors, and lack of information.
