I was just wondering about the freakpasses? How come they aren't up yet so we can use them? Halloween is almost here and we are still unable to print them out???

If you typed in your name and printed out the pass it came up with you, you would get a discount at participating haunts, kinda like the canned food discount! http://www.octoberlounge.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif

Freak Passes
I have not seen those in a few years. And really nothing on here has been what was advertised.
In one word FREE STUFF……. WHERE????????
I think that 2 years ago it was free admission to the scream park.
You would think that the owner would do something, since he owns both…..Nope

*yawn*

Same old, tired trolling tactics from the guy who's still bitter about HD not liking his haunt in years past. Nothing new to see here.

*bigger yawn*

Now maybe I just misunderstood this but when did the Asylum buy Scream Park?

Also, in regards to freak passes: nobody knew really how to use them, I remember one year where I printed out 7 because the ticket counter just kept taking them like coupons. No big deal, it's like $0.005 worth of paper and 9 seconds of my time to print them out but in short they just didn't really work. What could work, well, I'll keep that to myself and let HD contact me about it.

Last year i got a disount at FOC and i think also spider mansion cause of my freak pass. They really did help with the saving money part of haunted houses. I wish they would come back.

How the hell did Scream Park get into this????????????????? ?? Marc is not even involved with any of this. God this crap gets old. There should be an age limit here. LOL

I know that some parks with a can donation, you can get maybe couple dollars off the entry. Not sure who is doing it, but it may help. Rob..wasnt the freak pass for like just a couple of dollars off if used?

Yeah, it depended on the year. One year it was good for $1 off at any of the participating attractions, another year it was a different discount depending on which haunt you went to.

I never had the time to organize this quite as completely as I wanted to. There were some haunts where their marketing people authorized a certain Freak Pass discount but then never communicated it to their ticket booth, and then others where they didn't even have an official discount but would still give $1 off to Freak Pass holders anyway.

The most logical thing, I would think, now that there are 7 sponsoring/featured haunts on Haunted Denver (the ones whose banners appear on every page), would be for the Freak Pass to be redeemable at those attractions. We'll have to wait and see what they do with it, though. The page is there but still just says "Coming Soon," if I'm not mistaken.

If it's going for the new owner like it worked for me, it's something that's on the list of things to do, but other minor emergencies keep taking precedence.

Speaking strictly as a customer, if I have to pick between getting the reviews or getting the Freak Pass, I would pick the reviews. Ideally, though, both would be ready to go by mid-month.

Hey perm of large girth, just wanted to pass along some friendly information. Screampark is still a separate entity and continues to enjoy the awesome inspiration of the Little Spider Productions family.

As a huge fan of all haunted houses, shall each scary venue enjoy the season and continue to do what we do best, SCARE PEOPLE http://www.octoberlounge.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif
