FINALLY, I'm heading out to see my first haunted house of the season this weekend.

I have some cousins visiting from out of town and we're headed out to Field of Corpses this weekend. I decided on this one because it seems like it will have the best variety of scares and I don't have to worry about running into another group. I was serious about that being a major determining factor for me.

We'll probably hit FoC close to opening time so we don't have to contend with tickets selling out. I'm trying to decide on one more haunted house to hit afterward. Recommendations?

I don't want to drive too far, so I probably won't hit the ones in Littleton/Englewood. The ones up in Brighton might be farther than I want to drive, too. I was thinking maybe Frightmare, but FoC and Frightmare are pretty similar and I'd like to change it up a little bit. Maybe Spider Mansion, which would be good because it's close to where they're staying, but it seems like the reader reviews are kind of a mixed bag on that one. Maybe the Asylum... maybe one of the Hauntplex haunts... can't decide!

Well, based on your comments I think you should check out the Asylum or Hauntplex. If it were me I'd go to Spider Mansion because I've never seen it but you said it's remained fairly similar, or I'd go to Frightmare because I just think it consistently kicks a$$ but if you're looking for variation from FoC The Asylum or Hauntplex will cover that. The Asylum is closer and a quick shot up I-25 and at Hauntplex you get 3. Oh hell, just go to all of them. Come on, you're Rob and we all know that you shower with 100s and brush your teeth with 20s.

cool. I guess well both be at FOC at the same time. Look for me in my Rush shirt. Oh and go to Hauntplex, it is amazing this year
