Too bad Rocky Point closed down, I'm sure it totally PWNED Castle of Chaos. Rockey Point was head and shoulders above any other haunt I have ever visited (including The Beast and Edge of Hell in KC which are damn fantastic themselves).

I saw a show the night before last that I thought was this one, but it had different haunts. The one at the end was the haunt that's inside the Queen Mary ship in California.
Spookywoods in NC is excellent, truly one of the best in the nation. Tony Wohlgemuth is a brilliant haunt designer.
Another one that, as far as I'm concerned, should always be on a list of best haunts is Terror Behind the Walls, which is at Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia. Any place that is genuinely haunted makes for an incredible haunted house, and this one's an excellent example.
Other favorites of mine include Dead Acres in Ohio, and Headless Horseman in New York. I never got to see Rocky Point before it closed down, but I've heard it was incredible.

Shade,
The one you saw was last years, which they have been playing at various times as well, it's a great show with some great haunts, definitely try to catch both of them. I think this years airs for the last time today at noon. There is another show on Travel Channel called Halloween's Most Extreme I believe, a great show as well, it has segments on Netherworld in Atlanta (an awesome house) and House of Shock in New Orleans.
Happy Halloween Everyone!

I still don't have my TiVo re-hooked up (lost cables in the move and bought a new HDTV...you know how it goes)...so, I just took a break at noon yesterday to sit down and watch it...thanks Luv2B for posting the schedule...I couldn't figure anything out on the Travel Channel site...
Enjoyed seeing the other haunts as well...making my "road trip" list now http://www.octoberlounge.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif
