Looking through some of the comments that people left about this haunted house, it seems some wanted to see some change to it. This is where the community comes in. What would YOU like to see added to this haunt? If I didn't already make it clear enough, I worked there last year, and had a blast with it. I would try to expirment with it as much as I could, and tried out new things every night, that people actually seemed to enjoy, or be scared, [even better]. Personally I think this certain haunt has A LOT of potential, so if you would like to contribute, let's hear some suggestions that we can hopefully put in this year and hopefully improve to your standards, and to further your enjoyment coming here..

This has long been one that I never miss. LOVE the girls in the white nightgown, very freaky. Miss the old school bus or the movie theater. Those both rocked!

Im going to enjoy this.

First off let me say that i would love to see this haunt improve. as i have stated it is only 15 minutes from my house and i would love if it could be a truly great haunt. But it really needs improvement.

When i go through spider mansion i have fun but i dont get scared. its fun to laugh at the actors bad attempts to scare me.(no offense) you might have been scary i dont know who you are but those @ssholes in those "dog masks" arent scary. I hated how they would just bark or say BOO! If they had lines or a story behind them to almost make them seem real they could be scary. But to me spider mansion is just a clusterF%%K of scattered themes and neon paint. which brings me to my next constuctive criticism.

Please please please please get rid of the neon paint. Its not scary its just childish and dumb. I cant get into the fear when the walls are so bright and childish they just simply make me laugh. I know that the entire haunt wasn't all neon paint but the sections that were would rip me right out of starting to get into the haunted feeling.

My last criticism for the night is the theme. and i must ask WTF!!??!! Spider bites??!!?? Are you F%$#KING Kidding me?? thats not scary thats just dumb. and whats with your website? it itself looks like it was thrown together in an hour between classes at devry. I just cant get into a haunt based on spider bites.

I love your location and i will probably go to spider mansion again this year. But it needs to be ramped up.Please help your fellow actors actually care about what theyre doing. And be sure to say hi to me when i pass through.

oh and if i have offended any of you i am sorry but i am entitled to my opinions

The only thing that could have made the movie theater better would be if the guests saw themselves on the screen as they walked in....then maybe see someone creeping up behind them on the screen..

[I agree with some of that. When groups went through, I ALWAYS would make up lines before hand and stick to them or build off them. Alot of the kids that work there just do it for an afterschool job and arent that into it. Which is pretty lame. One night I went through when I wasnt working with some friends and I can see what you mean about most actors just barking or saying boo. I agree there is alot of neon paint, and there really is an abscence of a story line.]

[The only major section that had A LOT of it was in the hallway room with the fake heads and the clown area and some other random hallways that were just mostly blacklighted.]

[I think the owner just honestly wanted something simple and something that stuck to an original haunted house theme, but there could most deffiantly be more added. And the website..ha..sadly I have nothing to do with that, and if I did I would improve it in a heartbeat. Like I said, I&#39;m only an actor and I can only do so much.]

The theater was awesome...last year, the ending left me feeling a bit flat and unimpressed.

I have always loved spider mansion and I hope to see it improve this year too. The area and the place has so much potential; I would love to see them go all out this year.
