Anybody Know Any Good Haunts On East Coast?

I have a friend who's taking a trip through Mass, Maine, etc, and was wondering if there's any top 10 haunts out there. or towns that are big on haunts. any ideas?

I would check www.hauntworld.com to see what they have listed. I haven't heard of any in those states that are worth seeing. I'm going the end of October to Baton Rouge and New Orleans to see the haunts there. I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!!
