Since the board has been updated, there have been issues with getting everyone back to square one. A couple of issues have been the fact that everyone's screen name here has disappeared and that users may not be able to change their settings in the user CP. If you are having issues, please send an email to: media@haunteddenver.com
In your email please briefly explain the problem you are having. If your screen name is missing when you log in, please make sure to include your log in name and your desired screen name in your email. Once it is fixed, your screen name will be your login name going forward. Haunted Denver is working dilligently to get this resolved as quickly as possible, and we apologize for any inconvenience the upgrade has caused.
