I'm gonna try to make it out to all of them; I think work might interfere a bit (which is okay.) If anything, I'll be at both Rocky Horror Picture Shows though - that's just something I just can not let myself miss.

It does feel a bit like sacrilege to miss RHPS and Halloween, doesn't it? I myself will be missing a couple of those as I will be in New Orleans.

Would any of the Critics be up for seeing any of these after we hit the haunts?

Seeing Beetlejuice and Lost boys would be fantastic after visiting some haunts. I'll for sure need to see Donnie Darko later in the month.

I know how you feel. I'm working at a costume store during the day and working the haunt at night. But I'll definitely be going to see the Exorcist on Halloween! I've been wanting to see it in theaters ever since I was a kid so if I miss the screening of it, I'll be kicking myself for months.

It was re-released not too long ago in theaters. It even had a new scene with Reagan going down the stairs all creepy possessed like.

I did too...I wasn't scared, I was fascinated. I believed that it was real and wanted to find a way to meet Linda Blair and have a demonic chat with her. My sister had nightmares for weeks.

When I was watching it I dont think I was that scared,I couldnt take my eyes off of it,but later I dont know what happened,I kept having nightmares,I had seen the old hills have eyes and last house on the left and dont look in the basement but for some reason they didnt affect me like the exorcist.

The Exorcist had something special and twisted. I think that it left enough up to your imagination. Imaginations are much more scary than anything that they can show you on the screen.

Yeah there was that unknown element, could this really happen?,and at that time I had never seen anything to prepare me for all that was going on in that film.
